Parimatch Tech, the company that develops the Parimatch brand and provides technology and marketing solutions to the entertainment industry worldwide, has secured the M&A agreement with performance marketing holding, mr.fish, and the largest online poker room of Ukraine, PokerMatch.
The company’s two acquisitions are a performance marketing holding and one of the world’s top 10 largest online poker rooms.
The deal provides opportunities for benefit to all parties involved and allows Parimatch Tech to further expand its entertainment and marketing product portfolio and provides mr.fish and PokerMatch with new prospects for global expansion. The financial details of the deals are not disclosed.
The acquisition of mr.fish will further consolidate Parimatch Tech’s MarTech expertise as the holding company is one of the leaders in Eastern Europe with a focus on a wide range of digital services including affiliate marketing, SEO, media buying, retention , reactivation, PR strategy, creative, design and marketing influence.
